questioning In the fatal shooting on

Weaver had been reported batch

brother John, In a cabin near Cape
Horn.
John Klnsey was working Jn a
logging camp near Big Rock and
did not learn of bis brother's, death
until this afternoon after a coron
er's Jury returned a verdict of mur
