letter:
"I have suffered from terrible
constipation aince the birth of my

trirrl evervthimr and nothing had
any tasting results. Very reluc

All-Bran, 4 months airo. Mr.

Laboratory tests show All-Bran
contains two things which over
come constipation: "Bulk" to ex
ercise the intestines; vitamin B to
help tone tho intestinal tract.
The "bulk" In AjjBran Is mud
like that of lrafy vegetables. In.
side tho body, it forms a soft mass
which gently clears the intcstinei
of wastes.
Certainly this is mors nstura)

daily are usually sufficient. If not
relieved this way, sco your doctor
All-Bran also supplies Iron foi
