each, in justice court here today.

that certain retirements had taken
place and not reported to the com

taken. The report, "Lester said, "in
cluded $18,000 operating property.1
In connection with the water rights
allowed at Klamath Falls, an amount
totaling $20,600 was added twice.
Such evidence came from the old
working sheets of the former commis
sion, Lester testified. The sheets bear
ing the corrections could not be
found, he said.
