Kellogft's All-Bran meets a basic
reed of the American dietary. It
supplies "bulk" so helpful in cor
recting common constipation. In
eleven years, All-Bran has won
millions of satisfied users.
New tests show added reasons
for the success of All-Bran. Lab
oratory experiments prove that, in
addition to "bulk," it provides vita
min B to help tone the intestinal
tract.
The headaches, loss of appetite
ar.d enertry that so often result from
constipation can be overcome by
this pleasant cereal. How much bet
ter than using pills and drugs.
All-Bran is mild. Its "bulk" is
much like that of lettuce. Within
the body, it absorbs moisture and
forms a soft mass, which gently
clears the intestines of wastes.
Two tablespoonfuls daily are suffi
cient to overcome most types of con
stipation. Chronic cases, with every
meal. If not relieved this way, see
your doctor.
Another benefit of All-Bran Is
that it bail twirA in much blood-
Huildinir iron as an equal amoun?
by weight of beef liver.

Hundreds of women rush to local stores
to get their Certo and berries . . . many
planning to put up extra batches this year
If you and your family like delicious jellies and
jams (and what sensible family doesn't?), your
DAY has come at last! For the markets are filled
with luscious ripe fruits and berries ; ; . now at
their cheapest and best.
With Certo and the Certo recipes you can put up
double the amount of jelly or jam in the usual time,
too. Certo, you see, cuts your boiling time for
jellies to only one-half minute. And jams rarely
require more than one minute. Hence you can
make a complete batch in 12 minutes or less from
the time the 'fruit is prepared.
And Certo will give you better tasting jam or
jelly. All the fresh fruit flavor will be kept intact.
And because no fruit juice has time to boil away,
you'll get as much as one-half again more glasses
from the same amount of fruit.
So get your fruits today. And get your Certo,
too. That's all you need to start right now to fill
your cupboard with delicious jams and jellies
that will delight your family all winter long! Certo is
a product of General Foods. Get it at your grocer's.
