S. EARLY WASHINGTON, July 20. (UP) Ratification of the prohibition repeal amendment by the 36th state may loose immediately to thirsty Ameri cana a flood of "hard" liquor. Justice department officials today confirmed the f-ossibility that on the same .day the last required state rati ties repeal, something stronger than three point two will be available le gally and, without necessity for prescription. They explained that as soon as the 36th state forwards its ratification. Secretary of State Hull will formally proclaim the ISth amendment voided and the Sisfc amendment in effect.
