Claude Martin and William T. John
son, Foots creek miners, were each
given a thirty day lalt sentence, sus
pended, when they appeared in Jus
tice court Saturday morning on
charges of petty larceny. The two men
were arrested by state police, charged
with stealing a number of articles
from a drug store in Gold Hill Fri
day night.
