Coach Howard Robaon la giving the Bona Intensive drill on defensive forma tlens to atop the vaunted offense of Spec Keene'a Willamette Bearcaia when the - teams meet' here Friday and Saturday nlgnts. The outatandlng thing about Spec Keene'a team Is the colorful system of offense, a fast breaking maneuver which places a premium on getting Immediate possession of the ball, with three men breaking down the court at Mil speed. The opposition has a difficult job in stopping them. Their powerful offense is their de fense, consequently the other team usually scores heavily also, making a free scoring, spectacular game. In their last few games Willamette has been using Klooatra at forward Instead of at his regular center posi tion. The reason for this is "Slim" Rlekee. Slim is not only a tall man, but he has the ability of a high jumper. He has an unlimited amount of spring In his jumping. He stands six feet three; inches and Is particu larly valuable on the tip-off and un der the basket. Klooatra, six-foot four-inch for ward, built along the lines of Wlllard Jones. Sons' high-scoring forward, was one of the leading scorers in the Northwest conference last year. He played for Oregon Oity high school, as did Len Yandle, sensational lons shot artist for the Sons.
