Member of the Lincoln club met
at the Med ford hotel Wednesday
afternoon and decided to hold the
nineteenth annual banquet on Mon
day evening, Feb. lath, at 7 p. ra. and
appointed the different committees
to complete arrangements.
A first cla-fii banquet will be served
for 75o tbU year toy the Medford
Hotel, and the dues for the club have
been reduced from 50c to 29c, mak
ing the price for the banquet and
due only 61, the lowest ever known
for this the biggest and best banquet
of each year. Tickets will be on sale
Friday of this week and the places
where they can be obtained will be
announced then.
A high class program will be ar
ranged for this event, constating of a
talk on Lincoln, speeches by members
of the Young Republican league.

numbers, and resolutions for depart
ed members of the club during the

The fancy work committee reported
several pairs of plUow cases handed
out to be embroidered and one quilt
finished. They plan to start more
quilts soon.
About 24 members from Eagle Point
Orange attended Pomona Orange at
Medford last Saturday. They report
a pleasant and profitable day.
At the next meeting or Eagle Point
Grange, the lecturer announces a
very enjoyable program to be pre
sented. Besides several numbers by
members, there will be a special fea
ture. The "Medford Oleemen" have
promised us several numbers, and
will be followed by talks from Med
ford businessmen.
Everyone is urged to plan to at
tend on Tuesday evening, February 7.
