Stam, 65, for the Wimer dis trict, died here Thursday from a skull fracture suffered when she was struck by an automobile driven by Milton Abbott of BIuo Lake, Cal. The acci dent occurred last week as Mrs. Stam was crossing a street. The driver was exonerated.
