For Mrs. Thotnaa H. Mills of Portland, formerly of this city, was matron of honor for the bride. The bride, who was given In mar riage by her father, Harry Leslie Keats, was lovely In a gown of white suede satin and Mrs. Mills wore a becoming gown of French blue chif fon with blue and pink satin ribbon girdle, blue slippers and small blue relet hat. A. Harold McConnell of Seattle act ed as best man. The wedding was an Important event of the social season In the Roje city and one of the most charmingly arranged ever held in the First Pres byterian church, according to the Portland Spectator. Miss Blddell Guest Of Parents Here Miss Dorotha Rlddell of Klamath Falls is a guest here for the holidays of her parents. Dr. and Mrs. E. O. Rlddell at their home on the Old Stage road. Mtss Borkhart Visits At Oat man Home Miss Mary Burkhart of Grants Pass formerly of this olty, was a guest over the holiday week-end of Mrs. 'i. S. Oat man. Alexanders Lea re For Few Days in South Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Alexander of Portland, who were guests last week of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Newman and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Relchsteln here, left to spend Christmas in San Fran cisco, where they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Patterson at Mill brae Highlands. Canode will be the scene of the annual Dixie club watch party this week, when members gather there Saturday night to see the old year out and the new one In. Many Holiday Parties Scheduled for Wtk Christmas occurring on Sunday this year, many Medford people waited until Monday, also a holiday, for their more festive parties, and the larders of most nomas were filled with Christmas goodies as guests were coming and going for informal "at homes" and lame dinner parties. Miss Bryan to Enter University of Oregon Miss Mary Virginia Bryan, who re cently arrived here from southern California with her parents, will en ter the University of Oregon with the opening of the winter term for a special course, after the completion of which she plans to continue to the University of Washington to work for her master's degree. Loral Misses to Appear In Muslcale Friday Announcements have been issued of a musicals to be held at the Bald win Piano studio Friday evening, In which Misses Betty Evanson ard Beulah Gore, students of the Uni versity of Oregon, will be heard in program, which will open at 8 o'clock.
