Karn Singh, about 40, who waa fa tally shot In the room of LoughUn's estranged wife. The Hindu died a few hours after three bullets bad been fired through his body. Police said Loughlln entered the apartment, found Singh there and attacked him. Loughlln told officers, they said, that his wife left him sev eral months ago and that Singh had been seen frequently in her company.
