Skinned Knees "Red" Hunsaker, local fighter, skinned both his knees last evening, when he fell off a truck driven by Glen B. Bond of Talent. He suffered the Injuries when the truck turned the corner at Riverside and Jackson streets, the report filed at the local police station shows. Suitcase Found The suitcase be longing to Raymond Mayfield, which was stolen Saturday evening from his automobile while it was parked on North Grape street, was found yes terday under the Farmers' Exchange on North Fir street, according to city police. This time its the flowers and foun tains that are suffering. School children of ages up to 24 years, according to the report, are invading gardens in the southwest end of town, pulling up flowers and throwing them and clod of soil Into the fountains. JONES SAYS TIRE WAS NOT STOLEN Olen Forest Jones, arrested about six weeks ago at Gold Kill by state police, on a charge of stealing an automobile tire, called at the Mall Tribune office today, and stated that the tire which he took from the car: belonging to his uncle, Joe Jones,; was his own property. He stated that his uncle did not know who had taken the tire, and notified the officers.' Jones was ar rested, and he stated today that the case was dismissed when ne was taken before Judge H. D. Reed in Justice court there. Captain Lee M, Bown of the state police headquarters, said this after nan that Jones wu arrested In con nection with the tire, on a complaint filed against the youth. Captain Bown also stated that Jones was ar rested again yesterday by state of ficers, the nature of the charges not having been filed at the office up to this afternoon.
