A passenger, also a Mr. Jones, accompanied the flyer. Jones stopped here Tuesday .morning en route north. Journey to Medford Mrs. Will H. Gerretsen Jr., and sons, Gordon and Donald of this city, left today for Medford to spend a week visiting the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Char les Holloway, and brother. William Holloway, and family, and sister, Mrs. Guy Satterlee. Mr. Gerreteen has gone j to Camp Clatsop for the annual Na- Newa-Revlew. At Lake O' Woods-Mr. and Mrs. Val J. Fischer, daughter Isabelle, Mrs. H. R. Prentice and son John, spent the first of the week at Lake O' the Woods, where they enjoyed fishing and boating. Mr. Fischer reported suc cessful catches of sllversldes and perch. The party motored Into the lake via Butte Falls and Fish lake, and stated the roads are In good con dition. Typewriter Men Paul M.
