Boyle of the California Oregon Power company received their tickets to the Olympic games in Los Angeles, several weeks ago. A story in the Mall Tribune stat ed that Miss Marjorle Kelly and Miss Marjorle Goff were the first in Med ford to receive tickets. Party nt ..Church Announcement waa made today that all children in the primary department of the Pres byterian Sunday school are urged to t? present at the church tomorrow afternoon at one o'clock to practice for Children's day program. Fishing Fine Good reporta from Savage Rapids dam were brought to Medford last evening by a group f local fishermen, each of whom re turned with fish. P. C. Blgham and Clarence Eads were among the most successful, landing the limit of six salmon before noon. Dr. R. C. Mul- holland Is reported to have had the most exciting day. He hooked a large salmon, which after an Interesting play with his line escaped being c ught. A few minutes later another fish was tugging at his line. Having lost his first fish, he took no chances on letting another big one escape. He fought furiously with the fish and called in the aid of his compainon, Carl Glasgow. The two finally brought the salmon Into the boat to find it only a "Jack" weighing six pounds. where Barton McMath is a member of the graduating class.
