Roy Phlnney and family, who resided on the place two months, have built a cabin on Little Apple gate at the mouth of Wolf gulch on Mr. Klmballa property. Mr. and Mrs. George Pursel of Cen tral Point called Tuesday afternoon on Mr. Pursers mother, Mrs. Mary Pursel, of Vale Creek. Mr. and Mra. Joe Klnsey of Klam ath Falls were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mra. Jay Arant. Several school children were some what aurprlsed Saturday when the day begun with warm sunshine, mak ing them feel that spring was nere at last, then turning to rain In the afternoon and catching many of them out hiking in their atraw hats. Beaver Creek school went for a hike on Palmer creek, whero they caught 24 fish.
