Irwin Howe of Trail was also a business visitor, and reports lots of rain In his locality, assuring Medfordltea that It isn't all falling on Main street. (Rufus) Wilson of foot Creek, was ordered , 'revoked today by Sheriff Ralph Jennings, following an investi gation yesterday of Sv J. (Sandy) Blakeley of the same district, that Wilson had "pulled a gun" on Clar ence Wilson, an 18 year old boy Sun day, when with a companion, he was crossing a foot-log. The sheriff found that the two youths were on public property. Other action may be taken. The trouble arose over a feud of several months standing. Salmon Thick In Rogue, Is Report A run of salmon, which surpasses all records of the past seven years, was reported last night by Rainbow Gibson of Weasku Inn. The Savage Rapids dam region Is filled with the fish, he reports, and many fine catches have been made. The rainy weather 'lis morning in terfered with many local anglers' plans to visit the Rogue. The first sunny day Is expected to see t, gen eral exodus to the favorite salmon fishing haunt. Murder Trial Opens BAKER, Ore., April 26. Miss Nye will speak on The State Extension Program, and Mrs. Mabel Mack on measures of progress In the county extension program. 4 It Is probable that Crater Lake national park can be entered through the , Medford entrance next Sunday, thereby affording Medford people their long desired opportunity to visit the park through Its deep snow and sse the famed lake in winter setting. The possibility depends on how muuh new snow falls in the park between now and Sunday. If too much does not fall the park snow plow, which is working on the ent rance road inside the park, will mt at the Medford entrance the state highway snowplow, which is working toward the same goal, outside The park from Union Creek. The park plow is working In eight feet of snow, and the state highway plow in about elk feet. CUT IN SWUP A transient, whose name had not been learned this afternoon, received severe lacerations of the nose and other head Injuries, when the car In which he was driving with Victor O'Bryne skidded on the highway Just out of Medford and turned turtle shortly after noon. O'Bryne also sustained injuries, be lieved minor. The transient was taken to the Community hospital, where several stitches were taken in his nose and other injuries treated. O'Bryne is a resident of California, visiting here, according to the report. The extent of his injuries was not known. Brcwnsboro BROWNSBOFO, Ore., April 28. (Spl.)
