A prac tice game will be played at the fair grounds Sunday afternoon, and Mr. Morley has several good men lined up for the team. A meeting will be held this evening following the regular meeting of the Eagles lodge, for all those Interested In Joining the team. The Eagles' team will take the place of the Eagle Point team, which did not enter the league this season. Due to the fact that Roaeburg has but one tennis court avul'able only a three- man team will be played there, but j when Roseburg plays on the Med-1 ford court they will bring the custo mary five-man team. I Medford will have the strongest city team they have had In many years. Dr. Harold GIllls, Alvin Tol- I lefson and James Edmlston will bold ' down the first three positions on the team, with Harry Butler and Harry Garfield as the probable fourth and fifth men. Butler and Garfield will be extended to hold down these positions, as there are several very promising players trying for places. Among those who stand- the most chance at the present writing are Carter Boggs, E. M. Wilson, W. Prultt and A. Prultt and several others.
