The as rate waa established May 1 last, with the payment of a quarterly dividend of 1.60, and marked a reduction from the 8 basis which had been In effect from Aug. t, 1037. Is again taking limited enlistments, and that only ten vacancies have been assign ed to the state of Oregon.
