Following the noon luncheon elec tion of officers was held with the following chosen to head the union for the coming year: President, Mra. Minnie B. Heine of Medford:. vice president. Mrs: J, c. Woods of Med ford; secretory, Mra. Lulu Howard of Ashland: treasurer. Mrs;' Frolcy of Ashland: delegate to the stat con vention at Albany. Mrs. Heine; alter nate, Mrs. Woods. At 2 o'clock a large group listened interesting address by Miss Miss Gavin to Meet With Local Nurses At River Cabin Tea to Wiggins. Stating that the local W. C T. U. meeting should be a school of information, she appealed to mem bers to preserve the power of unions by organisation, steadfastness and wise use of leisure time. Mrs. Wlllett Vacations At Crescent City Rosa Blackmore Wlllett Is spending her vacation In Crescent City and will not re-open her studios until Monday, August 17.
