I For Coughs Too Deep To Risk A Lesser Help Ocomulalon was marie to deal with coughs from coldi which hang en. A three-day cough is a danger signal. There the utmost ihould be done. But trifling rough may develop in to something deep and difficult. Don't you think it wic to u the utmost help, even if i lesser help might do? Creomulsion combines seven major helps in one. The seven best helps known to medical science. One is bet for one fype of cough, one for others. Nobody can tell in advance. So the best way seems to be to com bine ill in one prescription. Creosote stands fir it. Here It is blended, emulsified and tasty, ror soothing membranes and combating cold germs tlie worl.l Innw noth ing letter, " BEAT UP FATHER, OFFICERS CLAIM Accused of assault and battery. Mrs. Jessie Cook, past 00 years, an Ashland resident, was lodged in the county jail last evening land was scheduled to have a prelimi nary hearing In Justice court to day. Ill Is possible u sanity hearing may also be held. Mrs. Cook is charged with di recting a physical attack against her father. 84 years old and blind in one eye. The attack is said to have taken plaeo this week. She claims her father began a scuffle and she gavo battle to protect her self. The woman told officers sho has a husband but he left sometime ago for Australia, leaving her with a son of seven years. Sho Insisted on bringing tho boy with her to jail, but lie was removed last night to the home of relatives in the Phoenix district. I Yes, THAT, wo have an idea, is the dominant liarbo note DIS TINCTION. She stands out above all others, regardless of hei part regardless of what she does. True, she is a genuine artist, intelligent, deft, restrained, hut her hold on one Garbo fan at least is some thing more than that sho is Garbo no one, nothing quite like her. Outstanding, unique, sophis ticated, distinguished! "Inspiration" brings these facts out more strongly than Gnrbo's recent efforts, for as a play it is decidedly old stuff. We can think j of no other star on the screen, with j the possible exception of Gloria j Swanson, who could have raised j the role from tho hopelessly re- ; miniscent and commonplace, as Garbo did last night. , And, as usual, she was the I whole show. This is no reflection upon her support which was excel lent, the final scene between L.ewis Stone and his mistress being I one of tho best things we have I seen in many a lung day, but ; take Garbo out of "Inspiration'" and where-would you be-V Nowhere, of course.
