(Spl.) The north rim road from
the lodge to the Diamond Lake
road and north to the park boun
dary has been put in excellent con
dition this past wonk. The nates
"80" caterpillar and bulldozer havo
been used in cutting oft the roots
of trees and widening the road
from a trail to standard width.
BeginninK the early part of this
week the entire rim road will un
dergo a process of reconstruction.
For this purpose a crew of men
has been moved around to the old
Wineglass cabin and a camp has
been established. In order to es
tablish the camp it was necessary
to reconstruct the water pipeline
down to the lake in order that
water might be pumped to the
camp on the rim for use by the
employes.
