Banks' was main speaker on the program nrranged by Hotarlnn Lantls and chose as his subject, "Constitutional Rights" An effort 'to Institute jurytcss trials, the Farm Relief Act and compulsory co-operative market ing were attacked by the speaker, who maintained that the same do and will lessen the constitutional rights of the people.
