(fP) A full pardon wns today granted by Governor Norblad to Theodore Johnson of Portland, who was con victed of a statutory offense August 26 last and sentenced to serve three years In the penitentiary. After Investigating the case the governor said he believed Johnson innocent, and he said that Warden J. W.
