Hide of the electorate, political
observers, who have followed
many Oregon elections, have re

that since filings closed at tho

Durability
plus Ejeauly
A floor fini.sli must be durable. It
must resist the scraping of count
less feet; it must be impervious to
water and be hard enough to resist
the scratchesofgrit and dirt tracked
into the house by every member of
the family.
QUICK-STEP is iust such a fin
inh. It is the new modern finish for
the hardest kind of usage. It is
scientifically prepared and stand
ardized by the General Paint Cor
poration's method of manufacture.
Every can will give the same de
pendable service no matter where
it is bought.
While QUICK-STEP is ideal for
doors, it is equally good for stairs,
porches, counters, shelves, and
many other similar uses. It com
bines colorful beauty with rugged
durability. Its over-night drying
properties make it popular in the
home as well as with the profes
sional. The fact that QUICK-STEP
is used in schools, hot era, hospitals
and other public buildings is proof
of its wear-resisting qualities. It
can be washed as often as necessary
without disturbing its satiny sheen.
QUICK-STEP U not an ordinary
paint, neither is it a varnish nor
enamel it is an entirely new finish
particularly adapted to floors and
all other surfaces that undergo hard
wear. You probably be able to
get QUICK-STEP at your nearest
dealer's.
