PRESENTS BOY SCOUT TROOP The official charter was present ed: lo Rotary troop No. 9 of the Crate); Lake council, Hoy Scouts, at the noon meeting of the Rotary club at Hotel Medford Tuesday. The charter was presented to the club by Col. W. H. Paine and received by Rotary President Prank New man. ? K. I. Dazey, chairman of the scout committee of the club, then presented the charter to George Kunzman, scout leader, who took the oath of office with members Lflf. his troop, while three candles were lighted. The impressive ceremony was continued as each of the 12 boys re cited a scout rule and lighted a candle "to burn the message into their memories."
