In this "dodger" these parties say "the legal electors of the district must vote to sell or not lo sell at the price thus fixed. No law or supreme court decisions are given to support this statement. The law section G187. Oregon laws, plainly says that the directors In districts of the rirst class shall have the right "to buy and lease lands for school purposes . . . and l to sell anil convey such lands as may not in Ihelr Judgment he re quired for school purposes." No vote of the district will be neces sary upon this question.
