vention of District No. 12 of the
Slate of Oregon wuh held In the

Wednesday. The convention was
opened nt 10:46 for the diiy es
nlon. Regular work of thin district whs

were tuken up the convention was
officially closed at G o'clock. At
this tinio a banquet was served to
those present by Live Oak lodge
of Hoguo Itiver.
i During the evening Amethyst Re-
hokah lodge No. H7 of Gold Hill
hold a meeting of Its members and
visiting lodges, this evening being
the regular meeting night of this
lodge. .Medford Hebekalis put on
the floor work. This was done
splendidly und many complimen
tary remarks were heard us to the
ability of the Medford lodge In exe
cuting the work.
' Also, during the evening meet
ing, an instructive address was
given In those present Ity llallle
Kiigle, president of the Kebekah
AnnHinbly of Oregon. This address
was very much appreciated as it
dealt with many interesting facts
concerning the Gold Hill lodge us
well as vlstlng lodges. After the
address the evening scshIoii of the
lodge wns closed. A luise crowd
attended the day session ns well
an that of the evening.
