A delegation of citizens owning
suiHiner homes In the Shady Cove
district requested the county court
to build luill) feet of road so the
owners of homes could travel to
them with more dispatch and com

to become a public highway, as it
( would destroy the value of the sec

The petitioners set forth that with
the present road, if the load was
heavy, a roundabout way had t
be taken.
The county court said it had
been considering the road for some
time hut had been held up hy diffi

The county court told the delega
