How woulil you like to be
President in this prohibition
day? Hum runners, in a hitrh

win, in a running fight.
While that happens, Senator

President Hoover of "submerg

waste his time in such a fash

Mr. Ramsay JfacDonald have
decided that "statesmen," not
naval technical experts, must
arrange the armament agree

and call them statesmen.
They decided also that you
cannot create any "yardstick"
to establish comparative fight

sizes, gun power, .speed, ele.
1
That's solemn truth. Let one
side have the yardstick and let
the other have a fighter like
Nelson or Wake and your yard
stick will look foolish.
