TO ORGANIZE GROUP H The scoutmasters. of the Medford district of the Crater Lake council met at dinner nt the Hotel Holland Thursday night -for the purpose of organizing a scout leaders' group. It is planned to hold these meet ings monthly. In addition to the regular busi ness of the meeting, the session of tho scoutmasters' training school for the week wak combined with the dinner program. The scout ex ecutive gave a talk on scoutmaster ship, emphasizing the importance of weekly, monthly and yearly pro grams planned in tulvancc In con ference with tho patrol loaders and troop staff. Tlie importance of the job of be ing a scoutmaster was stressed by Mr. thicker. All registered scout masters, as sistant scout masters, Junior scout masters, committeemen and mem bers of the Crater Luke council may become members of this or ganization.
