In the past five years they have brought the, following two injunction suits against the city to enjoin Medford from obtaining this water. Oct. 11, 1922, Isabelle Rowley vs. City of Medford et al. v t April 21, 1923, Isabelle Rowley vs. City of Medford, Water Commission et al. Being beaten in these injunction suits in which they tried to enjoin the city from obtaininr this water they have recently brought two more suits, one for $100,CO0 against the Eagle Point Ir rigation District and the other for a quarter of a million dollars against the City of Medford as follows: Oct. 13, 1927, Isabella Rowley and Arthur S. Rowley vs. Eagle Point District for $100,000." ' Oct. 13, 1927, Isabelle Rowley and Arthur S. Rowley vs. City of Medford for $250,000.' . .We do not know what interest Mr. Fehl has in. these alleged "llowley rights," 'though he lias made the statement to the water commis sion, council and others that lie has an irrevoc able assignment of sonic interest in them, but. welo know he and his paper have continuous ly opposed the water commission and council in obtaining this water for the city and building the new water system which' the' citizens voted.
