BESET BY TROUBLE Manager Pease of the Hammers ley mine, located .in Josephino county hut reached by a Jackson county road, who sought relief in days a-io from the county court charging that a miner was prepar ing to wash away the road in placer mining operations, will have his plea heard by a board of review ers, according to a decision reach ed by the county court. The road in dispute is a private highway and the owners can do as they please with ft, unless Pease secures a right of way.
