"The new airport should have suf ficient runways to provide for the largest ships, operoling under any sort of weather conditions. It should be lighted for nisht flyiiv and should hav.o an administration building to house the .weather bu reau, unper air station, radio sta tion and offices. "Cost of building an nlrnort hce eoual to any in the nation will be $110,000. To build a less expensive airport would be economically un sound because it would be inade quate within a short time."
