significant is the number of young
Bosc trees between the ages of one
to eight years against the number
of liar'Jett trees of similar ages;
tho Hose total being 37.352 against i
14,943 Rartletts. It requires no,

ture what the total Uosc crop wlll
be in a lew years.
In 1927 there were shipped from
the Rogue River valley 1310 cars
of Hartletts and 462 cars of Boscs.
With a total planting of Bosc trees
now In excess of the Rartletts the
present move to exploit new mar
kets should be indorsed by every
fruitgrower In Jackson county.

tention of tho committee to keep
the fruitgrowers ad'ised of heir
movements.
