(P) An Indictment charging involun tary manslaughter was returned today by the grand Jury against Roland Schwartz, Roseburg young man, who was the driver of the car in which Mrs. Mary Julia Rob ertson met her death Kebruary 20. Mrs. Robertson was a member. of a party of six young people who were returning from a country dance In the Schwartz car. The machine was wrecked and the young matron was killed and other members of the party hurt. There was considerable conflicting testi mony before the coroner's Jury re garding the speed of the enr -and the indications that members of the party had been drinking. An Indictment was also brought ngalnst Harry Rapp, who Is ac cused of possession of liquor. Rapp was an occupant of the car ln which Jack Waynlck, local restau rant employee, was killed on March fl. Evidence at the coro ner's Inquest wan to the effect that considerable liquor wns found nt the scene of the wreck and that Hupp and Waynlck had both been drinking. They were on their way to the coast after an all-night party when the accident occurred. B. F, and D. H.
