Begur Greek Fruit Make a Big Hit in Fifth Avenue Display

Bros., owners nnd 'Operators of the
Hear Creek orchards south of the
city. ; In addition, a large cut, which
la here reproduced; shows the fruit
and silver cups received as awards

"An exhibition of fruit, which at
tracted a great deal of . attention,

aroused so much Interest that there
wero crowds In front of the window

9 to 13 Inclusive, which the exhibit
was shown. The crowd became so,
great at times that It was necessary
to employ traffic police to keep the
people moving.
"Hulk of the fruit in this window
was furnished by the Bear Creek
orchards of Medford, Ore., owned and
operated by Hosenburg Bros. The'
four boxes in the foremost of the
pb-ture'weiV pears, which hnd taken
prizeH in the pear show at Aledfurd
last month. In ndditinn to these
there were several plates and trays
of apples nud pears shown exactly
us exhibited at that exposition. The
five cups shown aro of silver and
are prizes which have been won by
the Hear Creek orchards in recent
years for the exhibits of fruit. For
the past three years, B23-24-2G, the
Hear Creek orchards have won the
sweepstakes prize for fruit at this
show and the big silver cup in the
center of tho exhibit Is now thr
permanent proptrty as are the other
smaller cups representing other
prizes' which this firm has secured
