A Jury to hear tho testimony In the
trial of Hymun Huntley, churned with
first degree murder ua the result of
n stabbing nffrny last September 2,
in which Jeso James Glbbs was
killed, was secured this morning in
the circuit court as follows:

expected. Counsel for each side
asked each juror 1i!b position on capi
tal punishment. About 35 were ex
amined before 12 men were selected.
The Jury and court recessed until'
Monday, when the opening statements
and testimony will begin.
