The building boom now on in Med
ford, which Is the greutcst the city
has had for several years, will be in
creased by the erection of another
building on the northwest corner of
Sixth and Centra), Just north or the
Medford Center building.
The structure, to be built by Messrs.
Cooley and Neff, will be a modern
concrete one, 00x75 feot, one story
high at -present, and will have four
rooms fronting on Blxth and two with
Central avenue fronts. Two of these
rooms have already been leased, one
for a men's furnishing Btoro by a new
firm.
