Black, both residents of Ash land, will be started In -the circuit court at Jacksonville next Monday and Is expected' to last several days. ' A number of citizens of Ashland will be called as witnesses. The principal con tention In the suit are the division of considerable property, the custody of a boy, and the ownership of an auto. There Is a difference of 15 years in the ages of tho conflicting parties. The case was called for trial last October, but was abruptly halted, when Alex ander Hall committed sulcido. In the county jail, while his wife was In the courtroom aa a witness. She Is one of the principal witnesses In the case. Rhondda Welsh : Male Quartet Monday, The Rhondda Welsh male quartette at tho M. E. church Monday night promises to bo a rich treat for music lovers.
