The arresting officers wero Chief of Police Adams, Deputy Sheriff Alden, and Policeman Cave. Three' gallons of moonshine, and one bottle of the same concoction were seized. "Smith,"- according to Deputy 'Alden was so intoxicated he could not tell his name, and was slum bering in . another room a short dis tance from the Depew's, when . arrested.-' A trunk belonging to tho Depew's is held at the Southern Pacific, and a warrant for its searching -will be sought today by the authorities. According to the officers, Mrs. DeY pew arrived in this city by train, Wed nesday evening artd Depew the fol lowing morning.
