KILLS. HIMSELF KLAMATH FALLS, Oro., Jan. 23. Al Powers, 30, shot and killed himself here last night nftor Bliooting' and se riously Injuring Miss lCthol Stearns, lodging houso proprietress. According to Was Stearns, Powers entered the room where sho was playing solitaire, and said, "you have done mo dirt." He then shot her, the bullet entering her nock and emerging from her clieek. He then shot himself. A letter found on Powers by the police from Miss Stearns, stated that sho was "through" with Mm and that fuO on closed would be the last she would give him.
