QUESTIONS AXD ANSWERS
Interpreting the Signs
I am an expectant mother and I
feel fit as a fiddle every minute. They
say that is a sure sign that my baby
will be a boy. Is there any truth In
that? ( Y. E. C.)
Answer. They have the data, con
fused, that's all. If It's a boy the
father will feel that way. On the
other hand. If he seems to sink into a
state of despondency and spend his
time poring over his bank book and
figuring up the terrible days of- ex
pense that have come upon him. it's a
girl.

Answers. Yes; there are numerous
preparations that can be used for the
purpose, but none which will appre
ciably improve the growth of the eye
lashes. No doubt the lashes will grow
to their original length In the course
of four or five months If let alone.
Glad to Help
Would like to know If yon can help
to remove bunions. What are bunions
and are they curable? Let me know

Answer. I should be glad to help

not removable. A bunion ordinarily
consists of a thickening of the head of
the metatarsal bone ot the great toe.
