Hewitt of this city, former, deputy Income tax collector, returned a verdict in favor of Hewitt, after four hours deliberation. The bank, was represented by Attorney L. A. Roberts of Ashland, and the de fendant by Attorney Charles Keanies of this city. ' ' .The suit was based upon an auto mobile deal. Hewitt bought a car from -E. J. Jones, an auto -salesman, and gave hts note for $500, a Maxwell car being supplied Hewitt, pending the delivery of a Bulck ear, as agreed.
