It will be a Ford. This refers to the
ambulance for the Community Hospi

upon by a committee of five, including
three physicians and two women. In
making a choice the committee report
ed that "The Ford offer was not. only
better financially, but the dimensions
of the car offered are best fitted fcr
ambulance purposes." The ambulance
will be equipped with sedan springs,
Hoscli magneto, shock absorbers, and
dome lights. The color will be either
ivory white or gray, and an appropri
ate red cross with lettering will be
placed on the sides. The local Ford
people also offer the city tho use of its
garage as a storage place for ambu

daytime will furnish a driver to take
the ambulance anywhere it Is ordered
to go. In addition the Ford represen

Salvage on a colossal scale was
exemplified hero last week, when
local high school boys ended a cam
