KYNE TOMORROW RIALTO TOM MIX IS "UP AND GOINO" TONIGHT Tbe Medford high school basket ball team defeated tbe Rogue River team last Digit by a score of 35-11. The game was rather a poor exhibi tion, Albert Allen, Medford's sub center, who played most of tbe game in Baughman'i place, being the only Medford man who showed op well. Slngler played far below bis usual fine performance, missing many easy shots from beneath the basket which would have been sure scores In any other game he has played this sea son. Beeney played a steady game, shooting often and having what seem ed to be hard luck bouncing tbe ball all over tbe rim of tbe basket, but making less than a third of his shots Cbaataln and Williams presented an excellent defense but did not play their usual offensive game, Chastaln passing in an inferior manner com pared with bis previous performance this season. Beeney and Allen tied tor high point position with ten points each while Slngler scored eight. Allen's ten points came from three field baskets and four three throws while Bingler's and Beeney's scores were from field baskets alone. ' The first basket of tbe game was thrown by Banks, Rogue River for ward, from a point past tbe center of tbe floor. It was the only basket that be threw during tbe entire game, however. Butler, Rogue River cen ter, was high point man for Rogue River, with eight points, while Laws, forward, converted one foul out of ten shots, six personal fouls having been called on Medford players. Ten personals were called on Rogue River players and Allen con verted four while Baughman con verted one during the part ot the game while be played. Rogue River players were deficient tn their passing and were lost on the Nat. floor, being unable to work the ball up the floor satisfactorily against the Medford defense and be ing unable to get-the range of the basket when tbey did get tbe ball near it.
