Several new highs for the week were recorded for rail and industrial shares in dealings . that were obviously of a professional character. Rail-stocks led the list in the second hour, conspicuous - strength in this group being shown by Union Pacific, Canadian- Pacific, Southern Railway common and preferred, Lehigh Val ley, Chesapeake -and Ohio, Perre Marquette, .- Rock Island, Colorado and Southern,- and Missouri and Pa cific common- and preferred, - which were up to 1 to 1 points. In the industrial list Kcrsage stood out with a gain of 5 points, while Corn Pro ducts broke through to a new top for 1922.
