In home building, Minnesota avenue on the East side leads. On t bis street four homos'-will bo built this spring, and construction will btart soon, the pinna being completed and made ready for tho contractors by Architect Clark. Lewis I'lrlch will build a ISO0O home on Minnesota avenue, tho Pennsyl vania, colonial style of architecture be lng employed. This home, according to Mr. Clark will be unique In arrange ment, and different from anything in the slate, tho plans being largely the idea of Mrs. Tlrich. Across the street from the Ulrica home, Itert Thierolf wilt build a $6000 home following the New England colonial style of architecture, and ad joining the Thierolf residence George Porter will erect a 15000 home. Roland Hubbard expects to erect a 13500 bun galow on the same street Larkin Reynolds plans on building a 13800 home, following . the , Pennsyl vania Dutch colonial style, and will have French doors instead of windows.' The location of this structure has not been decided npon. Ed Miller has plans ' drawn for a $4000 home on the Pacific highway, south near the city limits, and this too will fallow the colonial stylo of archl i' lecture, with a 50 foot frontage.
