A pal.- or gauntlets be longing to Halsey Noel were also taken. The burglars gained entrnnco through the back window, entered the offico, took the cash register into the shop and worked on it with some sort of u "jimmy" finally opening it and procuring the glorious sum of 37 cents. The cash register was not locked and the 37c could have been procured without even the bookkeeper knowing it had the "No Sale" key been pressed. It looks as if the culprits were looking lor experience, in forcible enl ranee rather than actual cash. Their careers are in danger or being nipped in the bud as Deputy Sheriff Koinc.rook has all the finger prints connected with the gloves and the 37c. 1.34 IN. He will take possession the first of the month. We are oil proud of our road to Medford this winter. When one can go thirty miles in an hour and a half and free from the feeling of getting mired it is a pleasure to live out here among nature.
