Among the promoters appear the names of Vice Admiral Toquya Kamiizumi (retired); Dr. Gllchi Sone Jlma, professor of the Waacda uni versity; Dr. Toro Terao, professor of the Toklo Imperial L'niversity; Dr. Ityukichl Eudo, also professor of the Tokio Imperial university; Mr. Yasu shi Togo, a prominent member of the house of peers and Mr. Mitsuru Toy nma, well known publicist.
