Moore, deceased. Plaintiff, vs. Aus tin L. Taylor and Helen Taylor, his wife. Defendants. To Austin L. Taylor and Helen Taylor, his wife. Defendants: In the name of the State of Oregon' You are hereby summoned to appear in the above entitled Court and Cause and answer tho complaint of tlie plain tiff on file therein against you within six weeks from October 1st, 1921, the date of the first publication of this summons. Also all ditches and water rights to said premises belonging or. in anywise appertaining theretd for irrigation pur poses," in the sum of $5000.00, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per annum from April 5, 1020, together with costs and disbursements of this suit, and $200.00 as'attorney's fees for the prosecution thereof. 2. That said premises be ordered sold in tlie manner provided by law and the proceeds of said sale be ap plied to the satisfaction of said lien. 3, That tlie purcuaser of said prem ises at said sale be decreed to be en titled to the itnmediatb possession thereof, free and clear of all right, title, interest or estate of said defen dants, or either of them, and that both of said defendants be forever barred and foreclosed from all right, title and interest in and to saiu premises, ex cept the right of redemption from said sale as provided by law, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
